For investors / Local, diaspora and international
Find the opportunity.
Understand the substance.
Explore Zimbabwe through its provinces, productive sectors and enterprises. Find the stage and partnership that fit the capital, experience and ambition you bring.
Two distinct funding purposes
Back the preparation.
Or the implementation.
Investing earlier means funding unanswered questions. Investing in implementation means assessing the evidence behind a proposed delivery plan. Both deserve a clear scope.
Help establish the case.
Fund a defined feasibility study, exploration phase, market assessment or other preparation package. Look for the phase budget, accountable specialists, measurable outputs and a genuine stop-or-proceed decision.
A completed study may show that the project should not proceed. Future participation and ownership of the work need explicit terms.
Explore preparation funding ↗Help deliver the project.
Assess a defined construction, operating or expansion proposition. Examine the technical and market evidence, capital structure, permissions, delivery team, conditions and risks.
Debt, equity, joint ventures, operating partnerships and other structures depend on the project and the authority of the parties.
Explore implementation propositions ↗A useful investment profile
More than a ticket size.
A clear fit.
Local investors, members of the diaspora, international businesses and investment institutions can explore the same public information. Your residence alone does not determine the legal route for a particular transaction.

From discovery to delivery
The conversation
becomes specific.
Registration, qualification, confidential access, introduction and investment are separate decisions. The next step should be clear at each point.
Explore the place and proposition
Browse provinces, sectors and public project summaries before registering. Look at the stage, funding purpose, evidence gaps and next milestones. The current leadership-review catalogue contains labelled synthetic examples, not available investments.
A reason to explore a sector or project, with its status visible.
Define your investment mandate
Tell us your sectors, geography, investment range, preferred structures, project stages and relevant experience. Include any technical or operating contribution and the decision requirements of the people you represent.
An investor profile and private case reference; no capital commitment.
Establish fit and capacity
The team reviews your mandate and authority to act. Identity, entity records, track record or proportionate evidence of financial capacity may be requested through an agreed secure channel. An account alone does not qualify someone for every project.
A project-specific access decision, a clarification request or a reason to pause.
Agree access and investigate
For a real project, availability and owner consent come first. Agree confidentiality and the scope of disclosure, then review the supporting evidence. Request specialist discussions or a site visit with the host's permission and a defined purpose.
Controlled information sharing and a diligence plan, rather than unrestricted access.
Negotiate the partnership
The parties and their advisers examine the technical, commercial and legal case, agree the structure and record conditions. Preparation finance also needs clear deliverables, ownership of study outputs, milestone releases and a decision if the findings are unfavourable.
Terms agreed by the parties. This website does not collect investment capital or execute transactions.
Establish, implement and follow through
Confirm the entity, applicable official permissions, tax, employment and operating requirements. Any coordination, implementation follow-up or aftercare support is agreed with the team. Keep a record of conditions, owners and the next action.
A practical delivery plan, with official decisions made by the relevant authorities.
Before you proceed
Know what
access means.
Can I see opportunities without registering?
Yes. Provincial guides, sector guidance and public project summaries are open to browse. Protected information on a real project requires a separate review and the owner's consent. Signing in to view an illustrative dossier does not grant access to a real opportunity.
What happens if there is no suitable project?
The profile is a record of your interests, not a promise that a matching project exists. The team can discuss whether to refine the mandate, pause the request or seek your permission to contact you about a relevant opportunity later.
Do I need a Zimbabwean company before registering interest?
No company needs to be created simply to browse or send an initial profile. Establishment and registration requirements depend on the eventual activity, entity and transaction. A local company and a registered foreign company are different routes.
Plan establishment and permissions ↗What capacity evidence might be requested?
The evidence should fit the stage, amount and role. It may include entity and representation records, relevant investment experience, an institutional mandate or current financing evidence. Agree a secure channel and the review purpose first; do not paste account details or statements into the enquiry.
How do site visits and introductions work?
Request them through your case. The host and project holder must agree the participants, purpose, logistics, safety requirements and any costs. A visit is an opportunity to investigate; it is not a statutory inspection, exclusivity agreement or investment approval.
What support is available after introduction?
You can ask for establishment, implementation or aftercare coordination in your enquiry or existing case. The team must agree what it can deliver, who is responsible and any cost. Official applications, renewals and decisions remain with the applicant and competent authority.

Give the search
a clear direction.
Share your interests, investment range and the contribution you can make. The team can assess fit against available projects and explain what further information is needed.
Keep identity documents, bank statements and confidential reports out of free-text fields. Describe what evidence is available; agree a secure channel before sharing it.
